Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies to paid SaaS subscriptions purchased directly from HayaZouz.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible within 14 days of first subscription purchase, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

3. Non-refundable cases

Usage-based charges, expired eligibility windows, and custom enterprise implementation services are non-refundable.

4. Request process

Submit requests to support@hayazouz.com with workspace ID, invoice reference, and reason for cancellation.

5. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on payment provider timelines.
